We are committed to excellence in safety, health, environmental management, and quality
Management: Responsible for providing leadership, resources, and support necessary to implement and maintain this SHEQ policy. Management ensures compliance with all legal requirements and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Staff and Instructors: Required to comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures, participate in training programmes, report hazards and incidents, and contribute to maintaining a safe learning environment.
Learners: Expected to follow safety instructions, use appropriate personal protective equipment, report unsafe conditions, and take responsibility for their own safety and that of others.

This policy has been approved and endorsed by the management of WGKD Skills Center. It is communicated to all employees, contractors, learners, and stakeholders, and is available on request.
